A nice little swim with Graham, Sharon and Amanda. Nothing too strenuous, just a few lengths of the bay making up 1.6 miles for me.

The others did a little less as they were out and changed by the time I got out of the water.

Surprisingly warm as well. In fact other than my feet and teeth I was a little too warm really.
